Our raw materials, including gherkins, green chili, white onions, red bell peppers, and more, are carefully harvested by farmers from their own fields and brought to our factory for further preservation processes. The raw materials undergo a meticulous process, including reception, defect culling, washing, removal of rotten pieces and cuts, drum filling, juice filling, and sealing with lids and gaskets. They are then kept for processing for a specified period to ensure the required quantity is achieved. Internal inspections are conducted to evaluate physical and chemical parameters. Once approved by the Internal Quality Department, the products are prepared for loading.
